Your Hosts
Mike and Jae
Mike is a 28-year-old real estate investor and entrepreneur, working with his wife, Jae Morales. Originally from Bayonne, NJ, he has lived in Philadelphia for eight years. Mike loves adrenaline-filled activities like working on fast cars and boating.
Mike always had a passion for trades and entrepreneurship, starting various businesses as a teenager. After working as an accountant, he realized it wasn’t his true calling.
In 2022, Mike and Jae became full-time real estate investors, owning three successful businesses and around $3 million in real estate through creative financing.
Jae, short for Juheirry, is a former commercial real estate paralegal who has transitioned into a full-time real estate investor and business owner.
Jae and her husband manage multiple businesses and have built a team that primarily focuses on wholesaling creative finance and cash deals virtually, including novations. To date, they have completed over 100+ deals and have a growing rental portfolio, achieving financial freedom in under three years through creative purchasing.
Additionally, Jae helps others learn how to build similar businesses from the ground up, crediting much of their success to the assistance and implementation from their virtual assistants.
We guide investors through the following:
