We started our journey in 2020, aiming to create wealth and financial freedom through real estate.

We both graduated from college with the idea of living what one would say is a “normal” life. W2, vacations when we could, climbing the corporate ladder in order to earn more. We were excited to start our new journey into our corporate jobs, until that job made us explore other sources of income. We then saw all that real estate gentrification and thought, why not get into it?

Out of all businesses that we could have created,

real estate was the only one that allowed us to build long term generational wealth.

As a couple working together, we’re not just building businesses; we’re nurturing our relationship while creating a legacy for generations to come. There are so many avenues or tools you can use to make money with real estate as well; its versatility, from flipping to wholesaling, which resonated deeply with our vision of financial freedom and long-term success.

We closed our first property the same year that we started.

We went through a bank, spent all of our money, and crushed our debt-to-income to where we couldn’t get pre-approved again when we thought of buying another home.

At that point, we knew we wouldn’t do any hard money, we knew that we wouldn’t do all the expensive loans that we also don’t know much about.

But we also wanted to grow our portfolio and continue growing without getting stuck in the cycle of buying homes and making a few hundred bucks out of them.

We need to find a way to scale.

That’s when we heard about

Creative Financing.

We hired mentors to fast-track our progress & in just one year, both of us dropped out of our corporate jobs.

Not only did we travel more but we’ve also spent a ton more time together. 3 years ago, we were at our corporate job desks - all the time, we only saw each other a couple of hours a day, travel happened - MAYBE - once or twice a year, and could only do things together over the weekends
